Yes, we offer seamless direct billing. Our dedicated team will manage all the necessary procedures and ensure you are fully informed about your insurance coverage before your treatment begins.
What documents should I bring for my first appointment (e.g., referrals, scans, insurance info ?
- Yes, If you have a referral please bring it with you, along with your private insurance card if applicable.
- For first-time visits, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
How long is each physiotherapy session?
The duration of your initial visit may vary depending on your specific condition.
We recommend allocating approximately 45 to 60 minutes for your first consultation.
For subsequent sessions, please allow around 30 to 45 minutes of your time.
Can you coordinate care with insurance case managers or legal representatives for MVA/WCB claims?
Yes, our team will coordinate directly with insurance adjustors to facilitate the process for MVA and WCB patients.
What physiotherapy services do you offer at your clinic?
We offer comprehensive physiotherapy services, including TMJ, Concussion, vestibular, pelvic health, and prenatal/postnatal care.
What happens if I miss or need to cancel an appointment?
- We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Please note that we do not charge a cancellation fee. For any changes, feel free to contact us at 587-333-3566.
- Our team will assist you and guide you through the necessary steps.
What is your policy on data privacy and patient confidentiality?
Yes, all information you provide is kept completely confidential during and after your visit.
Is there any specific type of clothing I should wear or bring for my massage therapy appointment?
There is no specific dress code for massage therapy, please wear whatever you find most comfortable. A gown is available upon request for your convenience before the session begins
Are physiotherapy and massage therapy covered by my insurance?
- Yes, we accept private insurance and offer direct billing.
- Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan—if fully covered, no payment is required; otherwise, any remaining balance can be paid by card or cash.
Do you offer home visit services for physiotherapy or massage therapy?
Yes, we offer premium home visit physiotherapy services, ideal for patients seeking treatment in the comfort of their own space.Appointments are scheduled flexibly to align with individual needs and availability.
Can I receive treatment if I don’t have insurance coverage ?
Yes, treatment is available without insurance, with concession rates and senior discounts, payment can be made by cash or card.
Are you conveniently located near public transit or with free parking?

What do I do if I have private insurance,but I do not see it listed above ?
- If you hold private insurance that is not affiliated with our partnered providers, we kindly request payment at the time of your appointment.
- We will furnish you with an official receipt, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your coverage plan.
